At The Soap Factory, we want you to love your natural glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our soaps, items must be unused and in their original eco-friendly packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products back into their original box with all protective wrapping to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
