Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our soaps are formulated with natural oils, butters, and essential oils that are gentle on the skin. We also offer fragrance-free options specifically designed for those with hyper-sensitive skin or allergies.
How long does a bar of handcrafted soap typically last?
On average, a single bar will last 3-4 weeks with daily use. To extend the life of your soap, we recommend keeping it on a draining soap dish so it can dry completely between uses.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or dyes?
Never. We exclusively use pure essential oils for scent and natural clays or plant-based botanicals for color. All our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and synthetic phthalates.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soap. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Most of our products are 100% vegan. A few specialty bars may contain sustainably sourced honey or goat's milk, which will be clearly listed in the ingredients. We are strictly cruelty-free and never test on animals.
